This hub holds our live grant tracker, funding priorities, boilerplate language, and outreach templates. It’s where we keep an honest view of what’s in motion, what’s next, and what needs our attention so we can sustain the work of The Art of Drinking Water.
Use these documents when building new proposals so the story and numbers stay aligned:
When a new grant appears, we ask:
- Does it clearly fund women, wellness, leadership, arts, or narrative work?
- Is the award size worth the time and reporting required?
- Can we honestly deliver what they’re asking us to measure?
- Does it move us closer to our 1–3 year strategic goals?
- Is this a “now” funder or a “build-relationship-first” funder?

• Impact100-style women’s giving circles (regional)
• Keep the tracker up to date (status + next action).
• Schedule intro calls with 1–2 program officers per quarter.
• Reuse core language from the copy pack, then customize for each funder.
• Add outcomes data and stories as they become available.
