Reports To

Board Chair / President (mission & tone alignment) and/or Development Lead (for grant/donor asset needs).

Time Commitment

Term

At-will / renewable as determined by the Board, aligned to program needs and release schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain brand consistency: visual identity, templates, tone, and creative standards
  • Create and update key templates (board packets, one-pagers, decks, press/partner kits)
  • Support content packaging across channels (web, podcast, social, print)
  • Design and maintain an organized asset system (folders, naming, versioning, approvals)
  • Prepare grant/donor visuals as needed (attachments, graphics, slides, supporting visuals)
  • Partner with leadership on launch readiness (what’s needed, when, and in what format)

Deliverables

  • Monthly: Creative Deliverables Log (1 page or less, links/files noted)
  • Quarterly: Template & brand kit review (what’s updated, what’s needed next)
  • As needed: Launch assets (graphics, decks, one-pagers) tied to key initiatives

Success Measures

  • Public-facing materials look cohesive, credible, and aligned with the mission
  • Templates remain current, usable, and easy for the team to access
  • Assets are organized with clear naming/versioning and minimal confusion
  • Launches and grant submissions have the creative materials needed on time

Qualifications

  • Strong design and visual consistency skills (digital + print)
  • Organized file management habits (folders, naming, versioning)
  • Ability to translate mission tone into clear creative outputs
  • Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe, or similar preferred (not required)

Working Style

This role values care, clarity, and consistency. The goal is a calm creative system that supports trust, reduces last-minute work, and protects the tone of the Foundation as it grows.
